1. Overall Description A. Suppliers required for credit rating : Foreign Suppliers of Humax B. Credit rating period : June 30, 2015 C. Credit rating institution : NICE Information Service Co., Ltd. (Korea) 2. Detailed Process (Under Suppliers’ Korean Headquarters) A. Apply credit rating via http://world.ecredit.co.kr (Registering for the system is required) B. Pay credit rating fee (All fee related to wire-transfer is on applicant) - Fee Amount: KRW 200,000 (VAT not included) or USD 200 - Paying Methods : Credit Card / Oversea Wire-Transfer / Wire-Transfer in Korea C. Submit materials for credit rating - Submit materials to NICE via http://world.ecredit.co.kr 1) Submit materials using upload function in http://world.ecredit.co.kr 2) Submitting materials via system is highly required - Detailed materials for credit rating 1) Company Profile : Fill in the attached form in English or Korean (Company Profile Form.doc) 2) Financial Statements for 3 Years : Submit FY2012~FY2014 F/S in own English Format 3) Cost of Goods : Fill in the attached form (Cost of Goods Form.xls) 4) ETC : Patent or company introduction (If necessary) D.
