1. Overall Description
A. Suppliers required for credit rating : Chinese Subsidiaries of Hyundai Motors Supplier
B. Application & Credit rating period : June 21, 2021 ~ July 23, 2021
(Required to apply credit rating and submit materials until July 16, 2021)
C. Credit rating institution : NICE Information Service Co., Ltd. (Korea) / Experian Credit Service (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (China)

2. Detailed Process (Under Suppliers’ Korean Headquarters)
A. Apply credit rating via http://world.ecredit.co.kr (Registering for the system is required) 
B. Pay credit rating fee (All fee related to wire-transfer is on applicant)
      - Fee Amount: KRW 175,000 or USD 170 (VAT is not included)
      - Paying Methods : Credit Card / Oversea Wire-Transfer / Wire-Transfer in Korea
C. Submit materials for credit rating
      - Submit materials to NICE via http://world.ecredit.co.kr 
        1) Submit materials using upload function in http://world.ecredit.co.kr 
        2) Submitting materials via system is highly required
      - Detailed materials for credit rating
        1) Company Description : Fill in the attached form in Chinese (Company Description.xls)
        2) Financial Statements for 3 Years : Submit FY2018~FY2020 F/S in own Chinese Format
        3) Cost of Goods : Fill in the attached from (Cost of Goods.xls)
        4) ETC : Patent or company introduction (If necessary)
D. Check the result via http://world.ecredit.co.kr 
(Required 10 work days to see results after applying and submitting credit rating materials)
